Embodiment Session

This session is for people that would like to learn more about relaxing and receiving. There is less focus on the flow of a massage and more on learning ways to relax the nervous system and create a safe space to explore new ways to soften and feel more connected to the body. This might include breathing, sounding, moving, or shaking the body. Each session is different and catered to the client's individual needs.

Exchange: $200 for 90 mins. Package of 3 sessions $555
